Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an outstanding individual with a passion for winning to join our team. The Mid Market Sales Manager is responsible for driving net new clients and revenue within an assigned sales territory, with specific focus on Mid Market financial services prospects. This will be accomplished by developing a well rounded sales engagement strategy including prospecting and customer-centric sales process management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strong, committed and proven prospecting skills
- Effective selling and promotion of Convey’s SaaS solutions to new accounts
- Attainment of revenue targets
- Development and execution of strategic opportunity plans
- Effective growth of pipeline opportunities
- Effective development and execution of a territory plan that ensures quota attainment
- Effective management of a consultative sales process from discovery to close
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 - 6 years experience selling software solutions to Mid Market organizations
- Demonstrated success selling $15,000+ opportunities
- Demonstrated ability of exceeding revenue quotas
- Ability to navigate and manage sales cycles
- Ability to sell to senior executives
- Experience with SaaS or outsourcing
- Experience with contact management solutions, preferably Salesforce.com
- Proficiency in MS office suite of tools
- Up to 10% travel for client meetings, trade shows, and special projects
- Ability to pass a background check
- Demonstrates a true passion for success
- Able to listen and communicate effectively over the phone
- Is self motivated, a team player and has a drive to exceed targets
- Projects a positive and professional image to internal and external customers
- Displays passion for and responsibility to the customer
- Displays leadership, corporate and personal integrity
